PLEASE NOTE: All hats have an adjustable, inner band. Before reaching out due to sizing concerns, please ensure you adjust the hat for a correct fit. If your hat fits front-to-back but not side-to-side (or vise versa), hat-sizing tape might be your best solution. Please see Hat Sizing 101 for more information.
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to sanitary concerns and/or each hat being personalized specifically for you.
We shall not be responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been shipped. Filing of shipping claims shall be the responsibility of the customer with the shipping carrier and not Vanelegance LLC. We ship your hat(s) with a tracking number. We do not ship with insurance at this time due to the very low probability of your order being lost, low probability of damage to your hat, and the ability to use a steamer to restore your hat in the event its shape is altered during shipping.
Prior to shipping, all hats go through a stringent quality control process to ensure the crown and brim of your hat are properly shaped and that the hat is in excellent condition and ready to use out of the box. We make every effort to protect the shape of the brim and crown during shipping. Vanelegance LLC is not responsible for deformation to crown and brim shaping during shipping. Misshaping of the brim is not uncommon, and your hat’s brim can easily be reshaped to its original condition using a steamer. Please see our Hat Care guide for information on how to do this and for proper hat care.
We do not consider “flaws” which are inherent to natural fibers, such as flecking, weave variations, and loose straw ends, as faulty and valid reasons for returning your hat.
