We (“Vanelegance LLC”) offer free shipping within the continental United States on ALL orders at this time. Orders may take up to 15 to 20 business days to receive, excluding holidays and weekends, after the order confirmation email depending on your location. This allows enough time to customize your hat exactly the way you want it and also takes into account shipping and handling time!
For limited stock items, up to 5 additional business days may be added to your estimated shipping time. We currently do not ship outside the United States. We have control over nor shall be responsible for delays caused by Force Majeure including but not limited to natural disasters, global pandemics (i.e. COVID-19), etc.
Furthermore, we shall not be responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been shipped. Filing of shipping claims shall be the responsibility of the customer with the shipping carrier and not Vanelegance LLC. We ship your hat(s) with a tracking number. We do not ship with insurance at this time due to the very low probability of your order being lost, low probability of damage to your hat, and the ability to use a steamer to restore your hat in the event its shape is altered during shipping. Prior to shipping, all hats go through a stringent quality control process to ensure the crown and brim of your hat are properly shaped and that the hat in general is in excellent condition. We make every effort to protect the shape of the brim and crown during shipping. Vanelegance LLC is not responsible for deformation to crown and brim shaping during shipping. Misshaping of the brim is not uncommon, and your hat’s brim can easily be reshaped to its original condition using a steamer.
